We know an autism or ADHD diagnosis is simply the start of your journey. We also know that everyone’s journey is different and should be treated as such. At Berkshire Psychology, our expert team of NHS trained clinicians will use their years of experience working in child, adolescent and adult services to give you a smooth, personalised experience.

Autism and ADHD Assessments for Children
We specialise in autism and ADHD assessments for children and adolescents. We understand how important early, accurate understanding is for; confidence, learning, relationships and family wellbeing.
- SEND consultancy
- Cognitive assessments
- Medication pathways

Autism and ADHD Assessments for Adults
Many adults seek an assessment after years of feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, or different. Others come to us after their child is diagnosed and they begin recognising similar traits in themselves.
- Workplace consultancy
- Medication pathways
- Therapuetic services

Aftercare and Medication Pathways for all
Getting an assessment is not the end of the journey, it is often the beginning of better understanding and support.
Following diagnosis, we can support with medication, workplace/education adjustment guidance, signposting to further specialist services and more.

Our Philosophy at Berkshire Psychology
Many of our clinicians bring both professional expertise and lived experience of autism and ADHD – as individuals and/or as parents – enriching our understanding and empathy in every assessment and support interaction.

Getting started / referrals
Whether you’re exploring an assessment for your child or for yourself. At Berkshire Psychology, we aim to make the process clear, supportive and straightforward from the very beginning.
Our team
Berkshire Psychology was launched by Dr Jenny Murray in 2012 and has grown considerably since then. Our whole team has worked or currently work in NHS child and adolescent and adult services, giving them an insight into the problems and concerns regularly faced by people looking for a diagnosis, or those who have been newly diagnosed.
We’re here to help ease those issues.
