Our ADHD assessments combine structured observation, clinician-led interviews, and objective measures like the QB Test to build a complete picture of your child's strengths and challenges.

Structured clinical interview with parents/carers

Developmental and school history

Structured diagnostic tools and questionnaires

Input gathered from parents, teachers and clinicians

Objective diagnostic tests (such as QB testing, where indicated)

Clinical review and diagnostic decision-making

Following your assessment, you'll receive:

A comprehensive diagnostic report

Clear explanation of findings

Actionable recommendations for school and home

Information on next steps, including medication where relevant

ADHD MEDICATION PATHWAY

Guidance on ADHD medication options for young people.

Medication can be an important part of managing ADHD for some children. If your child receives a diagnosis, our expert team offers recommendations and helps you understand:

Whether medication may be appropriate

The different types of ADHD medication available

Expected benefits and potential side effects

Monitoring and titration process

Shared care options with your GP, where applicable

Medication is always a personal decision. Our approach prioritises safety, careful monitoring, and ongoing review.

AUTISM

Child-centred autism diagnostic assessments.

Our autism assessments use gold-standard tools, including clinician interviews and the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) when indicated. We work sensitively with your child and family to understand development, behaviour, communication and social interaction.

→ Detailed developmental history

→ Structured diagnostic interviews with parents/carers

→ Use of gold-standard assessment tools, such as ADOS where clinically indicated

→ Direct observation of your child

→ Functional impact assessment

We approach assessment from a neuroaffirmative perspective, recognising strengths as well as challenges.

COMBINED PATHWAY

Combined ADHD & Autism assessments - one comprehensive pathway.

When traits of both autism and ADHD are present, a combined assessment offers efficiency and clarity. Rather than separate diagnostic streams, our integrated approach gives you one full, coordinated understanding of your child's neurodevelopmental profile.

One coordinated assessment process

Reduced duplication

Holistic understanding of your child's profile

Clearer, tailored recommendations for both conditions

Our team carefully considers differential diagnosis to ensure clarity and accuracy.
