Dr Lydia Garmon-Jones

Clinical Psychologist

Lydia is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Lydia has worked in the NHS for over 9 years with individuals from many walks of life. She completed her doctoral training at the University of Surrey and qualified in 2021. 


Lydia works within a community paediatrics service, conducting diagnostic assessments with young children with neurodevelopmental conditions and providing support to them and their families. Lydia is trained in the ADOS-2. Since qualifying, Lydia has spent time working in a hyperacute neurorehabilitation setting, with individuals experiencing significant brain injury. She also works therapeutically with adults experiencing mental health difficulties. 


In her spare time, Lydia enjoys spending time with family and friends, and exploring the outdoors.
